The secret to all great solutions is an open mind and a lot of accurate data. We need to understand your business and what you are planning to achieve. Then data, data and more data to understand the current supply chain as a planning base. Future forecasts are modelled and scenarios presented.
We have worked with businesses where access to data has not been a priority as growth has been the focus. Through our familiarisation step we will gain understanding and then work with you or with our own resources to extract and compile data to help us move to the analysis step
The end result is a concept design, whether network or internal to the warehouse, that can be used as a business case for the board sign off or sizing and designing your new warehouse or for tendering to integrators and suppliers.
